1. A free 90 minute inspirational seminar will be offered to staff-, board- and volunteer members.
2. A free electronic workshop manual (in CD format) will be made available to clients.
3. Free donor databases will be provided (electronic form).
4. Where possible, free donor referrals will be made.
5. Participants will receive regular information on donors and evaluation of funding proposals (worth R500.00) will be free after the workshop (up to 3 pages maximum).
6. Clients are responsible for their own workshop arrangements (including transport, accommodation and catering).
7. Certificates of attendance will be issued to all participants (in electronic form).
8. Free articles on effective leadership, management and organisational sustainability will be provided (in electronic  form).
9. Free sample HR and financial policy documents will be made available electronically on request.
10. After care/follow up via telephone, fax or email will be permanent.
