NCS – Nitor Consulting Solutions was started in October 2006 by Derick Williams. Nitor Consulting Solutions was at the offset primarily a training company. However requests from clients lead to a systematic evolution of the company. This meant that a new list of services were added. It focused for example on some of the following: auxiliary business services, mentorship of young upstarts and facilitation which eventually evolved into consulting.
NCS now provides a range of services to Public and Private Sector organisations, with particular emphasis on:

Strategic/Operational Reviews
Human Resource Surveys
Human Resource Services

Specific services are provided either by our own staff or networked through associate partnerships with other consultants with a particular expertise and skills set. Furthermore management consulting services which integrate Human Resource Strategies with the Strategic and Operational Goals of organisations are also provided.
Another dimension came in 2011 with the addition of life coaching.
This meant that extensive research was to be carried out in all relevant life coaching areas but specifically with regards to the corporate environment. It meant the compilation of manuals and workbooks, attending life coaching programs. Apart from attending various coaching institutes and extensive ongoing research it also became increasingly important to entered into ongoing communication with reputable life coaching institutes and life coaches in Canada, England and The United States. This lead to constant updates of the latest trends in NLP, goal setting, leadership, self esteem etc.
